Sasha's Chicken Curry

Being a military spouse has advantages.  One of which is getting to know some amazing people from all over the world with so many varied interests, hobbies, areas of expertise.  My friend posted her recipe for Chicken Curry and I had to try it.  We're all in love!  Even the kids love it.  I almost always make a double batch because even the leftovers are phenomenal.  I've also made her Chicken Makhani and would most definitely recommend it!  I always serve with RiceSelect Long Grain Texmati Brown Rice, 36-Ounce Jars (Pack of 4)



NI (Chicken Curry alone): 173 cals, 2 g fat, 69 mg chol, 915 mg sodium, 7 g carbs, 0 g fiber, 29 g protein
