Baked Parmesan Tilapia

We aren't huge seafood eaters, but this recipe disappears everytime I make it.
Originally from Rachel Ray

3/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp paprika
4 tilapia filets (about 1 lb total)
1 lemon cut in to wedges (optional- we skip)
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and ground pepper

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a shallow dish, combine cheese and paprika (optionally, you can also add some Old Bay) and season fish with salt and pepper.
Drizzle fish with olive oil and dredge in cheese mixture.
Place on foil lined baking sheet.  Bake until opaque at thickest part- about 10-12 minutes.

  1. Thank you for posting this! I have tilapia in the freezer I need to get rid of before we move and this will be perfect! :) You supply me with so many good meals!
