Muffin Tin Monday

Another edition of muffin tin lunches!  I had fun this week with these.  Both kids even tried the veggie twice!  I used muffin cups flipped inside out (MTM tip!) so they could see the designs better as they ate and little sticks I  found at Hobby Lobby in the party section in place of standard wooden tooth picks.
Top- Cherry Tomatoes, Clif's Organic Fruit Twists, Fish Sticks
Bottom- Ranch dressing (light), Grapes, French Fries

And wouldn't you know, I thought I'd need seconds for the french fries since it was a treat, but in true kid form, the only things they wanted seconds of were the fruit.

  2. I also need to get some tins like yours. Mine are the twelve compartment tins, and they're just too big! I love how compact yours are.

  4. My muffin tin look similar to yours. I put the liners in, not only to give it more color, but also because I am worried about eating on the non-stick surface. what do you think?

thank you so much for joining in!

  5. We had an early lunch- As we had an early start to the morning, with mid-night party to boot. ;)

I am not so much worried about the non-stick surface. I try to care for mine and replace them if they show any signs that there is a scratch. Ideally, I'd go to nonstick for everything. I have 2 Le Crueset which we received as a gift before I realized how appreciative of them I should have been! They are so pricey but such great pieces of cookware!
