Another fabulous quick and delicious dinner! I think next time I'll substitute the crushed tomatoes with tomato sauce to appease my own texture issues, but otherwise, it was tasty and made great leftovers. I find the key is measuring out leftovers as if I was measuring out my dinner- with the measuring cups and that helps keeps portions in check instead of dishing out of a larger container. Store them in a glass container and you can reheat in it, allowing you to also minimize the number of dishes left to wash :)

I will have to give this one a whirl!! I always need quicky, yummy recipes. I hate ones that take too long!
