Corn Casserole

Love this side dish for a party or family dinner!

Corn Casserole
Servings: 12
1 8 oz container low fat sour cream

1 pkg corn bread mix
2, 15 oz cans low sodium canned corn kernels, drained
1 15 oz can cream corn, low sodium
1 egg (or egg substitute)
1/8 t salt


Combine above ingredients and put in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 55-60 mins or until top is browned.
NI: 120 cals, 3.6 g fat, 23 mg cholesterol, 191 mg sodium, 18 g carbs, 3 g protein
