Sticky Pork Chops

Sticky Pork Chops
Could also be made with chicken


We made this for dinner tonight & everyone loved it, even my picky children. I didn't the chops thawed in time last night, so ended up marinating it overnight then baking it today. Total cook time of thawed meat was about 30-40 minutes until it reached the right internal temp.


Ingredients:
1/2 c ketchup
3 Tbsp unpacked brown sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
2 tsp mustard
2 chicken breasts or pork chops


Instructions:
Mix wet ingredients, spoon over meat & bake at 350 until appropriate internal temperature is reached.


Side items I served: green peas & sweet potato french fries


To calculate calories for the main dish, I just used what was in the meat itself. I omitted the marinade since I didn't eat any except what was on the meat when pulled from the dish.
