Buffalo Shredded Chicken

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich
Servings: 16-18, 1/4 cup servings

Ingredients:
2 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts
The original recipe calls for 1 lb, but it was just too much sauce when I tried it, so thought I'd double the chicken this time
1 cup Frank's Wing Sauce
1 cup Light Ranch Dressing
4 oz, 1/3 less fat cream cheese
Cooking spray

Directions:
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray.  Add all ingredients to pot.  Cook on low for 8 hours.  Remove chicken breasts carefully and shred.  Return to slow cooker and cook another 10-15 minutes.  Serve over baked potato or 100 calorie sandwich thin.
NI for buffalo chicken only:  106 cals, 5 g fat, 38 mg chol, 788 mg sodium, 3 g total carbs, 0 g fiber, 12 g protein
