* This is probably a best guess- when I shred the meat, I separate out all the fat & don't consume all the sauce that is made in the recipe. But, I don't really know how to take that "out" of the calculation so I realize it's probably a little high especially in the calories and fat, but it's good enough for government work, or so they say.
The before: If you notice something strange here (my friend refers to it as the "Crock Pot Condom") I decided to use Reynolds Aluminum 00504 Reynolds Slow Cooker Liner
And the after: meat falling in to pieces just trying to remove it from the slow cooker.
