Buffalo Chicken Pasta

Buffalo Chicken Pasta
Servings- 6
Ingredients:
12 oz whole wheat pasta- cooked & drained
12 oz cooked chicken breast, diced
3/4 cup low fat Ranch dressing (could also use Blue Cheese, subject to personal taste)
3/4 cup fat free sour cream
3/4 low fat cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup Buffalo wing sauce


Combine ingredients.  Top with either a small amount of additional cheese or bread crumbs.  Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until hot and slightly browned on top.
NI: 423 cals, 7.6 g fat, 53 mg chol, 1015 mg sodium, 57 total carbs, 4.4 g fiber,28 g protein.
