Meal Planning ..

I'm in need of recipes that are designed for 2, have limited ingredients that I like or freeze very well in single serve portions. 

Lunches*:
Tuesday: Spaghetti Sauce with pasta
Wednesday: Fish Sticks, popcorn, pineapple
Thursday: Grilled Cheese, Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup
Friday: Hot dogs, pasta (plain/mac & cheese), oranges
* This is what I serve the kids.  My lunches are usually something like Hot Pockets or an english muffin with the best PB ever-
White Chocolate Wonderful

Dinners:
Monday: Leftovers
Tuesday: Chicken Tenders, Mashed Potatoes and peas
Wednesday: Frozen Pizza
Thursday: Chik Fil A
Friday: Hamburger Helper with broccoli
Saturday: Leftovers

Yeah, notice no links?  nothing up there is really homemade.  This is probably going to be more of a trend than I'd like but oh well!
