Muffin Tin Monday- Back Home

We had an amazing, brief trip to the beach this weekend!  Just made it back in time for my preschooler's recheck at the orthopedic clinic and he's cast-free now!  Just in time for an amazing cruise we have coming up in September which seriously, is just around the corner.  I managed a muffin tin dinner.  Not theme coordinated to the true Muffin Tin Momma, but it worked!  And the kids, like all kids would be, were just glad to have food they recognized once again...

Top- letter crackers (Ikea), Shredded turkey breast, leftover chicken & noodles

Bottom- corn, strawberries & shredded cheddar cheese
