It's been a while since I've posted much of anything, I know. That's due to many reasons- travel, summer busyness, etc. I made a real good try this week at getting a real list together of meal ideas so here goes:
Sunday Dinner: Cajun Spiced Chicken and Sweet Potato Fries
Monday:
Omelettes and English Muffins
Spaghetti, Green Beans and Garlic Bread
Skinny Chicken Tikka
Tuesday:
Chocolate Chip Ricotta Muffins
English Muffin Pizzas, Oranges
BBQ pork and macaroni and cheese
Wednesday:
Pecan Raisin Granola Bars
Grilled Cheese (with Pesto for me) and tomato soup
Ground Turkey with Peas and potatoes
Thursday:
Cereal/Oatmeal with fruit
Fish Sticks and Tater Tots with Corn
Chicken Sausage and Pasta
Friday:
Pumpkin Pancakes
Pizza Pockets
Leftovers/Frozen Pizza *babysitter*
Saturday/Sunday: leftovers
Also going to make: Strawberry and Rhubard Crisp for a dessert
We'll see how this goes. There's a high chance it will just end in more dishes, tons of leftovers/wasted food and a very discouraged mommy... Pray for us.
