So, this week, was a good week. I ran an 8.26 mile trail run in 1:33 in the freezing cold and steep terrain. And I lost 1.6 pounds. So, here's for trying to plan well for the week ahead.
Monday: Stuffed Shells and No Bake Cheesecake
Tuesday: Grilled Cheese & Soup
Wednesday: Parmesan Tilapia and Slow Cooked Potatoes
Thursday: Bratwurst and macaroni and cheese
Friday: Pizza with Friends
Saturday: Dinner Party- bringing munchies like Boursin & Wheat Thins
Sunday: Leftovers!
But seriously, it's recipes like this that make me want to say "forget it, I like being fat". :P
