3 Bananas
4 c Fresh Spinach
1 Tbs Almonds
Juice of 4 lemons
1 small zucchini
1.5 cups Yogurt
1/2 Tbs Chia Seeds
1 cup Mango
1/3 Avocado
1 cup OJ
4 baby carrots
1/3 c Pineapple

- High in potassium
